This Consultation & Delivery Policy explains how Astrelvora Signs delivers written readings and holds live online consultations. Everything we offer is delivered remotely; we do not provide in-person sessions. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Information we need from you
To prepare an accurate reading, we usually need your date of birth, the closest possible time of birth, and the city and country of birth. For a compatibility report we need the same details for both people, and you confirm that you have permission to share the other person's details. If you do not know your exact birth time, let us know; we can still prepare certain readings, though some techniques will be limited, and we will explain what that means for your result. The quality of your reading depends heavily on the accuracy of the information you give us.
2. Delivery of written readings
How they are delivered
Written readings, reports and forecasts are delivered digitally, by email or through your account on our site. Nothing is posted physically. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see a delivery you are expecting.
Turnaround times
Turnaround times are estimates rather than guarantees. As a general guide, most written readings are delivered within a few business days of us receiving complete and accurate birth details. Longer or more in-depth readings, such as a premium yearly outlook, may take more time. We will always tell you the expected delivery window before you pay, and we will contact you promptly if we anticipate any delay. Turnaround begins once we have received all the information we need; if details are missing, the clock starts when you supply them.
3. Booking a live consultation
Live consultations take place online by video at a scheduled time. After you book and pay, you will confirm a time slot with us and receive the details you need to join. Please arrive on time so you receive the full benefit of the session you reserved. It helps to join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
4. Rescheduling and cancellations
We know plans shift. You may reschedule a consultation at no charge if you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the start time, and we will do our best to find a slot that suits you. Cancellations, late changes and missed sessions are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which sets out the notice periods and what happens in each case. If we ever need to move your session for reasons on our side, we will offer you the earliest convenient alternative or a full refund of that session.
5. Technical issues
If a technical problem on our side interrupts or prevents a consultation, we will reschedule the session or offer a refund of that session. If the problem is on your side — for example, a lost connection or equipment that is not working — we will be as flexible as we reasonably can, but time already used may count toward your session. We recommend testing your camera, microphone and connection shortly before your session begins.
6. Recordings and confidentiality
We treat what you share with us during a reading or consultation as confidential and handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Please do not record a session, in whole or in part, without our agreement, just as we will not record you without yours.
7. Conduct during sessions
Our consultations are a calm, respectful space for both you and the astrologer. We ask that sessions remain courteous. We may end a session early, without a refund, if a client is abusive or behaves inappropriately, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
8. After your reading or session
If, after receiving a written reading, you have a brief question to clarify something within it, you are welcome to reach out and we will help where we reasonably can. Extensive follow-up, or new questions beyond the scope of what you ordered, may be best served by booking a further reading or consultation.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Consultation & Delivery Policy as our services and tools evolve. The current version is always the one published here, marked with the date above.
