Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every reading we prepare is made by hand for one person, and every consultation is time set aside just for you. This policy explains, clearly and fairly, when refunds and cancellations are possible.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Astrelvora Signs, including written readings, reports, forecasts and live online consultations. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Because our work is personalized and delivered digitally or as live sessions, the rights described here differ from those for physical goods, and we ask you to read this page before you buy.

1. The nature of what you are buying

When you order a reading, you are commissioning original interpretive work based on your birth details. When you book a consultation, you are reserving a specific block of an astrologer's time. Both are prepared or held specifically for you, which is why they are treated as personalized, made-to-order services rather than off-the-shelf products.

2. Written readings, reports and forecasts

Before work begins

If you change your mind before we have started preparing your reading, contact us as soon as possible. Where work has not yet started, we will usually offer a full refund or the option to switch to a different service of equal value.

Once work has begun or been delivered

Once preparation of a personalized reading has begun, it cannot be undone, and once a completed reading has been delivered to you it has been fully performed. For that reason, delivered readings are generally not refundable. If you have not yet received a reading you paid for and the expected delivery window has clearly passed without explanation, you are entitled to a full refund of that reading.

3. Live consultations

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule a booked consultation at no charge if you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the start time. We will do our best to find a new slot that suits you.

Cancellation

• 24 hours or more before the session: you may cancel for a full refund, or move the value to a future booking.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: because the time was reserved and can rarely be filled at short notice, the session fee is generally non-refundable, though we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion.
• Missed sessions: if you do not join a booked session and did not notify us in advance, the fee is treated as used.

If we need to reschedule

If we ever have to move your session for reasons on our side, we will offer you the earliest convenient alternative or a full refund of that session, whichever you prefer.

4. Problems with your reading

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something has genuinely gone wrong — for example, a reading was prepared using birth details that we recorded incorrectly, or a file was corrupted or incomplete — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right, usually by correcting or redelivering the reading at no extra cost. Please note that disagreement with an interpretation, or an outcome in your life differing from a reflection offered in a reading, is not a fault in the service, as astrology is offered for insight rather than as a guarantee of events.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a refund, a cancellation or a reschedule, contact us using the details below and include your name, order reference and a short explanation. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to resolve them within a reasonable time.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. We do not charge a fee for issuing an approved refund.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where such law grants you rights that go beyond what is described here, those rights continue to apply.
