Paying for a reading should feel as calm as the reading itself. This policy explains our prices, how payment is taken, and how your payment details are kept safe.
This Payment Policy explains how prices, billing and payments work at Astrelvora Signs. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out here.
1. Prices
All prices on our website are shown in United States dollars (USD). Many services are listed with a starting price, shown as "from", which is the lowest available price for that service. The final amount you pay can be higher depending on the depth of the reading, the length of a session, or any options you add before checkout. Our current starting prices are:
- Personal birth chart reading — from $35
- Compatibility report — from $45
- Monthly forecast — from $20
- Live online consultation — from $60 per session
- Premium yearly outlook — from $90
The exact price of your order is always shown to you before you confirm and pay. We may update our prices from time to time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and paid for.
2. When payment is taken
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase, unless we clearly state otherwise for a particular service. We begin preparing a reading, or reserve the time for a consultation, only once payment has been authorised. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may pause or cancel the related order.
3. How you can pay
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Depending on your location and the options they offer, you may be able to pay by major credit and debit card and by other supported methods shown at checkout. The available methods are displayed before you confirm your order.
4. Payment security
Your payment is handled directly by our payment providers over encrypted connections. We do not see or store your full card number; that information passes securely between you and the provider. This means your most sensitive payment details never sit on our own systems. Our providers maintain their own security standards for handling card data.
5. Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include any sales tax, VAT or similar charges that may apply to you depending on where you are. Where we are required to collect such taxes, the amount will be shown at checkout and added to your total. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you but that we are not required to collect.
6. Currency and international payments
Because we charge in US dollars, your bank or card issuer may convert the amount into your local currency and may apply their own conversion rate or a foreign transaction fee. Any such charge is set by your provider, not by us, and is outside our control. Please check with your provider if you are unsure.
7. Billing accuracy and confirmation
Please make sure the details you enter at checkout, including your email address, are correct, so that your confirmation and reading reach you. After a successful payment you will receive an order confirmation. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with your order details and we will look into it without delay.
8. Failed, duplicate and disputed payments
If a payment fails, your order will not be processed until payment succeeds. If you notice a duplicate charge, contact us and we will investigate and, where a genuine duplicate is confirmed, arrange a refund of the extra amount. If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve it quickly, rather than raising a dispute with your bank before giving us the chance to help.
9. Refunds
Whether and how a payment can be refunded is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Payment Policy as our providers, pricing or legal obligations change. The current version is always the one published here, marked with the date above.
