These Terms govern your use of the Astrelvora Signs website and the astrology services offered through it. By browsing the site, placing an order or booking a consultation, you agree to everything set out below.

Astrelvora Signs ("Astrelvora Signs", "we", "us", "our") is an online astrology studio based in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering personalized birth chart readings, compatibility and relationship reports, daily, weekly and monthly horoscopes, astrological forecasts and transits, career and life path guidance, and live online consultations. All readings and sessions are delivered remotely through written reports, email or video. These Terms apply to every visitor and every client, so please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Astrelvora Signs opened in 2026 and operates entirely online. We do not run a walk-in location; our studio address is used for correspondence and business registration only. If any provision of these Terms is unclear, the contact details at the end of this page are the correct way to ask us before you place an order.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading, book a consultation, or otherwise enter into an agreement with us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide about yourself is accurate. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that takes place under your account.

If you are ordering a reading that involves another person's birth details, such as a compatibility report, you confirm that you have that person's permission to share their date, time and place of birth with us for the purpose of preparing the reading.

3. The services we provide

Each service is described on the site along with its starting price. Prices shown are the lowest available for that service; the final cost may be higher depending on the depth of reading, session length or add-ons you select at checkout. Current starting prices are: personal birth chart reading from $35, compatibility report from $45, monthly forecast from $20, live online consultation from $60 per session, and premium yearly outlook from $90.

Readings are prepared individually. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and are affected by demand and by how complete the birth information you supply is. We will always tell you the expected delivery window before you pay, and we will let you know promptly if a reading needs longer than expected.

4. Information you provide

Accurate readings depend on accurate birth data. To prepare most readings we need your date of birth, the closest possible time of birth, and the city and country of birth. If you do not know your exact time of birth, tell us; we can still prepare certain readings, but some techniques will be limited and we will explain what that means for your result. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in a reading that result from incorrect or incomplete information you supplied.

5. Nature of the readings

Astrology is offered here for insight, reflection and personal enrichment. Our readings and consultations are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other licensed advice. We do not diagnose conditions, predict guaranteed outcomes, or make decisions on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for the choices you make in your own life. 6. Ordering and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy a service on these Terms. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has been authorised. All prices are shown in US dollars and, unless stated otherwise, do not include any taxes that may apply to you. Payment is handled through our payment providers under the conditions set out in our Payment Policy, which also forms part of these Terms.

7. Delivery and consultations

Written readings are delivered by email or through your account. Live consultations take place by video at a time you book with us. How readings are scheduled, delivered and, where relevant, rescheduled is described in our Consultation & Delivery Policy. Because our products are personalized and delivered digitally or as live sessions, cancellation and refund rights are limited; those limits are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The text, illustrations, layout, code and branding of this site, and the written content of the readings we prepare, belong to Astrelvora Signs or are used with permission. When you buy a reading you receive a personal, non-transferable right to read and keep it for your own use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or present our readings as your own work, in whole or in part, without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, upload harmful code, or scrape content at scale. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who misuses the site, submits abusive messages, or repeatedly provides false information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrelvora Signs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on a reading, including decisions made on the basis of a reading. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, marked with the date above. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed. We encourage you to review this page before each purchase.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us will be handled by the competent courts located in Arizona, unless mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
